Where is my CFO? - NEDs’ role in organisations entering the zone of insolvency through losing critical funding, a cashflow crisis or an unexpected existential threat.

Drawing on a case study, the session will examine how boards can maintain lender and stakeholder confidence, understand directors’ duties to creditors, avoid wrongful trading, and navigate the key do’s and don’ts for NEDs at times of acute financial stress.
